An extensive user permissions module has been developed that makes it easy for project managers to set folder access permissions, limit access to sensitive documents, and to prevent specific document fields from being edited. This can serve to simplify a user\'s view of the many tasks and projects that they have to deal with during a day, helping to improve productivity and minimize mistakes.
Diverse types of information may be added, such as tasks, notes, photos and web page links. Projects can easily be created by dragging and dropping tasks into a project folder. Task statuses, priorities and due dates are selectable in one or two mouse clicks.
